Architect on behalf of ASHE in the Croatian consortium formed by the Ministry of Public Administration and tasked with implementing the eIDAS directive across Croatian eID services. This enabled EU citizens to utilize their existing country eID for access to Croatian education systems.

Product Owner and Architect of the National Information System for Applications to Graduate Study Programmes in Croatia (NISpDS). I initiated the development of this new system which resulted in an increase in student vertical mobility by 40%. On the project I acted as the database designer, systems architect and product owner in a team of 5 developers.

Development of internal ASHE systems
Lead developer on internal systems for ASHE which increased productivity by merging multiple communication channels into a single stream. These systems included a CRM for case tracking, linking of phone call recordings with user profiles in the application interface as well as new websites for Central Applications Office (www.studij.hr) and the Agency for Science and Higher Education (www.azvo.hr).
